P1W catches some evening light on its return trip to Linwood Yard.

P1W heads back towards Linwood as it passes through downtown Thomasville with a quartet of classic SD40-2s.

On the return leg of its run from Linwood to Winston-Salem, P1W heads south through High Point. The crew was running short on time and would tie the train down in Thomasville.
